Youth Apprenticeship

Youth apprenticeship programs give students the opportunity to earn wages, gain hands-on experience, and build valuable skills while they complete their high school education. By working directly with industry mentors, apprentices explore career pathways early, develop confidence in their abilities, and often earn credentials or college credits that set them up for long-term success. These programs strengthen the workforce pipeline and empower young people to step into their futures with purpose and momentum.
